Our house just burned down so the foundation is down to bare walls and we see small cracks in the foundation. We'd like to find out a cost to repair these cracks... if you get back to me with an email I can send you photos of the cracks.

We HAD a VERY wet basement until we replaced the clogged weeping tile drain line (White plastic septic weeping tile with holes in it!) running away from the house, which was FILLED with tree roots. The existing weeping tile (same white plastic septic weeping tile from the 70's)around the o/s of the perimeter now has a 1/2 inch of sediment in it obstructing the holes in the bottom of it. It now allows drainage - but not 100% (presumably because of the sediment). We now have a dry basement in the winter with a wood stove in the basement, but a somewhat damp basement (and VERY cool) in the summer and occasional moisture in only a few areas at the corner of wall and floor. We find it CRUCIAL to keep the eaves troughs clear of leaves and debris to avoid overflows, which wood create a bigger problem in the basement.
